The clearest look at our signature malt, shaped by American oak ex-bourbon casks.
Colour: Honey
Nose: Honeycomb and crisp apple with aromatic spices.
Palate: Orchard fruits and short crust pastry. Medium bodied with exceptional depth.
Finish: Long and balanced. Bass notes of oak with lingering hard candy and pear drop sweetness.

Hand selected sherry casks bring warmth and depth to our signature malt.
Colour: Light copper
Nose: Dried stone fruits and toasted oak.
Palate: Rum soaked raisins, spiced fruit cake and caramelised sugar.
Finish: Long lasting and warming.

Matured in premium Australian Port casks, bringing rich complexity and a deep rose gold hue.
Colour: Deep rose gold
Nose: Dried fruit and subtle fruitcake spice.
Palate: Rum soaked dried fruits, black cherry sweetness and warm spice over a soft, sweet malt base.
Finish: Warm and layered with an oak undertone.
