Guided by our distiller, you will learn the story behind this ever-evolving Tasmanian single malt, how flavours are nurtured, layered and preserved through time. Taste as you go, exploring the character of the whisky before selecting your moment to draw straight from the cask. Then, with your own hands, fill and seal a bottle that is truly one of a kind, never to be replicated again. A rare keepsake of Tasmania, crafted by you and the cask together. $95 per person.
