The perfect introduction to Spring Bay Distillery, our Hobart Cellar Door Tasting is a guided journey through some of Tasmania's most awarded spirits — all within 10 minutes of Hobart Airport. Guided by our knowledgeable team, explore the flavours and stories behind our gin and whisky collections. From our classic Tasmanian Gin and Sloe Gin through to our Origins and Rheban single malt releases, each pour is matched with the tale of how it came to be. The perfect first or final stop on any Tasmanian itinerary.

Gin Tasting (3x Gin) — $15 per person
Whisky Tasting (3x Whiskies) — $20 per person
Gin & Whisky Tasting (3x Gin + 3x Whiskies) — $35 per person or split between two
