Cam & Suzy

Established in 2015, Spring Bay Distillery is the realisation of a dream for owners Cam and Suzy Brett. Having shared a love of whisky for over 20 years, building a distillery was a natural culmination of many years of planning and dreaming.

Spring Beach Cellar Door

Come visit us for a tasting and admire the view. Looking out over Spring Bay, our origin site is our most picturesque location, where we still make the gin today. Gin tasting flights $15, Whisky flights $20 Premium Whisky Tastings $50 'Smooth as Velvet' - Whisky and Chocolate Indulgence - $75

Cambridge Cellar Door

Try our spirits and learn about their production in our full grain-to-glass facility. Drop in for a tasting any time, or join a 30-minute tour at either 11am or 2pm. Tastings $15 for flights, $20 for Whisky. Premium Tasting and Tour $35 Whisky Masterclass including 'fill your own' $90
