Just over an hour from Hobart on the breathtaking east coast, our Spring Beach distillery is where Spring Bay first began its journey. Surrounded by coastal bushland and native wildlife, enjoy a relaxed tasting of three gins or three single malt whiskies while you learn how our award winning spirits come to life through pure Tasmanian ingredients and a connection to the sea that shapes their signature style.
