This exceptional 7-year-old single malt has been matured exclusively in a rare Château Latour cask, personally gifted to Cam and filled immediately upon arrival. This distinguished Bordeaux barrel imparts a remarkable influence on the whisky—a notable component that brings fine wine characteristics, nuanced complexity, and exceptional depth.

This limited release presented in a custom made oak box, will be partially decanted and bottled for our 10-year anniversary, with the remaining whisky continuing its maturation journey until 2028. Upon purchasing our 10-Year Anniversary Release, you'll secure first option on this same exceptional whisky when it reaches a decade of age—our inaugural 10-Year-Old Single Malt.

Tasting Notes

Nose: French pastry, preserved lemon, dried flowers, stone fruit, with distinctive grape notes

Palate: Spiced honey, lavender, toasted pecans, vanilla

Finish: Lingering and earthy, with figs, warming cloves, exotic spices, and candied nuts
