Sitting perfectly on the boundary between sweet and dry, our Pinot-infused Gin is the party invitee you didn’t know you needed. Signature citrus and pepper notes can be heard clearly against a russet backdrop, whilst the grapeskin introduces a delicate pomegranate finish.
Extremely moreish, liquorice root and wild angelika add zest and simple green-tea tannin to create a full-bodied gin, ideal accompaniment to any cheese platter.
Pinot grapes are courtesy of Petrichor Wines a biodynamic vineyard in the Coal River Valley, established in 2018. Being biodynamic means not only organic, but looking after the soil in relation to the specific biodynamic preparations in relation to the cycles of the moon.
