Using only the finest Tasmanian barley and rainwater, with hand-selected casks, our Tawny Cask Single Malt Whisky features classic aromas suggesting butterscotch and Christmas muscatels. Sweet caramel syrup and plum pudding spices on a clean and spicy palate to settle in and glow. Well-rounded combination of fruit spice, white pepper and soft oak with hints of cherry cordial.

Finish: Hints of cherry cordial and some nutty undertones that clearly displays the quality of both the spirit and the wood in developing harmony.
