This place is a hidden gem, welcomed by Bella the dog on entry, followed by an in-depth explanation on how they have created all their spirits. Both whisky and gin. Highly recommend to any spirit lovers out there, this is a place to miss!!!

Visited today for a tasting and tour of the distillery - was fantastic! You could tell the passion the whole team there brings to the operation. Got to taste a great selection and the whisky was top notch - we couldn’t help but leave with a couple of bottles!

We had a lovely time doing a gin tasting. Suzy was a very welcoming and knowledgeable host. All the gins were delicious and we bought several bottles. The view and setting were delightful.

Great place to visit, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I had the whisky tasting, & bought a bottle of the Bourbon cask. Wife tried the gins, she bought one and the vodka also, great products and we will definitely visit again.

Established in 2015, Spring Bay Distillery is the realisation of a dream for owners Cam and Suzy Brett. Having shared a love of whisky for over 20 years, building a distillery was a natural culmination of many years of planning and dreaming.
